Washington Record Clearing and
Firearm Rights Restoration

Our Attorneys: Criminal Expungement Lawyers at Findley & Rogers

At Findley & Rogers, we are gun rights attorneys whose mission is to help people with criminal records understand their legal options.

In many cases, it is possible for you to have your record expunged or “vacated.” This means your convictions won’t show up anymore on background searches when you apply for a job, an apartment, or a loan. Many of our clients find that expunging their record is a big step forward in reclaiming their personal dignity and getting their life back on track.

Our founding partners are Fletcher Findley & Corey Rogers, attorneys at law and active members of the Washington State Bar Association. Our main areas of practice include:

Gun Rights Attorneys for Firearm Rights Restoration

Criminal convictions or other legal troubles often lead to a loss of firearm rights. At Findley & Rogers, we have invaluable dual experience as gun rights attorneys who can help you restore your firearm rights, and as expungement lawyers who can help clear your record for good.

These are two separate processes, so be sure to mention your reason for restoring your gun rights when you reach out to us.
